Amy helped me through a lengthy homebuying process. I had two offers on properties fall through before I found a place that worked out. I was using the Maryland Mortgage Program, and Amy managed to keep my rate locked in despite the delays in finding a home. If she had not been successful, my interest rate would have been 1% higher. Amy was also very thorough, prompt, and helpful in answering my questions.

We had a loan fall through over the summer (June 2016) and were pretty devastated. Our title company referred us to Amy Fichter at NFM and we could not have been happier or more satisfied with their professionalism, competency and overall client care. We sent the same information from the first loan and were given clear and concise direction about the likelihood of being approved and the process lasted less than 4 weeks!! We were sent videos and emails during the process and compared to our last experience it was pretty painless!! Whether its a refinance or first time mortgage I would not go to anyone BUT Amy and her team.
