Amy was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Any issue that came up, or any questions we had throughout the process, were answered extremely quickly and intelligently.

The communication couldn't have been better. I created a complicated situation with my mortgage refinance. A divorce unfinished home projects, and a negative change of income were just a few of the issues Amy had to deal with. So to say we had to communicate would be an understatement. I had plenty of questions and Amy had the answers. I was able to easily reach her through email or by phone. Amy explained the process very well and made the process simple. Also, Amy worked with my ex-wife during this time and we were both able to finance separate homes during the same month. Amy really came through for us and she gets 5 stars in my book.
