As the SVP of Compliance and Quality Assurance, Michelle is responsible for the Company’s loan compliance and manufacturing quality.  The departments under her charge include; Pre and Post Close auditing, Loan Defense Recourse, Fraud, Compliance, Marketing Compliance, ECOA, HMDA and Fair Lending.

Michelle has extensive industry knowledge which includes 17+ years in the financial service industry.  Her background includes origination, underwriting, processing, business management, program management and operational risk management.

Prior to joining PRMI, Michelle worked at multiple lender and broker shops in various operations, risk management, and sales roles. Michelle’s ability to view loan issues from both a sales and risk approach has been instrumental in her career at PRMI.

Michelle resides in Layton, Utah with her husband and two children. Outside of work she enjoys spending time in the sun and watching her boys play competitive sports.
