As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I have encountered many great services. However, from the moment Jim started working on my loan application, I was very impressed by his customer service skills. I felt that his primary goal was to ensure that I was well taken care of throughout the loan process. I appreciate the extra effort he made to ensure my husband and I understood everything, as he always kept us informed so that we didn’t miss anything. As a result of his assistance, we felt confident that we were in good hands when it came to purchase our home.
