Jim was always keeping us updated and giving us a heads up on what to expect. He was very professional. My husband and I felt that we could easily ask him any question(s). He was readily available. He made being a 1st time homebuyer a good experience!

Jim was fantastic! From the very first meeting he made us feel like our loan was his top priority. He kept us informed every step of the way with weekly calls with any updates we may not have discussed. Jim went above and beyond the call with the little surprises sent to make us feel special.
