I have attempted 2 other times to close with other companies, only to have the process stretched out and the task list was never completely given. Amber and her team were transparent with the needs and tasks mandatory to close and made the process streamline and simple. She communicated through phone call text and email professionally and proficiently and was mindful of my personal life and made it a point not to reach out unless absolutely necessary. Above all else, she and her team treated me as an individual and not processed by number. I never had to repeat myself or tell them the same information multiple times. The other companies I worked with had dragged the process on for 6+ months with no results. She was able to get my refi done, from filling out initial paperwork to recording, in less than 2 months.
