As a new home buyer, I was nervous about the process and what it all would cost. Jim was absolutely wonderful! He was so patient with all of our questions and spent time coaching us on how to improve our credit so we could get the most out of our home buying experience. He checked in periodically if he hadn’t heard from us just to make sure we didn’t have any questions. Jim was always incredibly quick to respond. Nice, professional, and even took the time to wish me a happy birthday! We cannot say enough about how impressed we are with his service.
