This whole process was overwhelming and intimidating to me as a first time buyer. Greg and his team offered patience and kindness at each step. Despite my asking a million questions, they "held my hand" and explained it all to me (no matter how many times I needed it repeated!). Greg was accessible to me whenever I had a concern and made sure I felt valued and important. Every interaction, be it on the phone, via email and even text were flooded with sincerity and care!

I was connected with Jim following a very negative experience with another lender who NEVER called me back! Jim come to the rescue and was very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. I’m a younger home buyer, completely new to the experience and Jim was very supportive in explaining the processes, identifying a realistic budget and reviewing my many options.
