This was our first mortgage and we found the process not nearly as painful as we were expecting. This sounds like a very backhand compliment, but really, it was a smooth, easy, and quick transaction. Toby was always available, she even returned emails on a Sunday when my husband was sure no one would, and always answered our questions to our satisfaction. I would completely recommend her--5 star service!
