Toby was very patient with us and so kind. Every question we had she had an answer. And if I didn't understand the question she was patiently generous to answer the question where I could understand. Toby was very prompt with documents and kept us up to date with everything that was happening. My over all experience was smooth sailing. I am so glad she was patient with us that there was no one else we wanted to go with.

Eliminate the videos, give me a hand-out/book to read. Fewer e-mails and if you send one, text me so I know to look for them. Better yet, call me. Tailor your service to the customer. We are in our 60's, not as connected as those in their 30's and more tuned in to personal contact.

Toby was always on top of everything. She was always available to answer questions and direct me in the right direction. Toby was always friendly and kind and patient. I feel that she would be the optimum mortgage lender for anybody trying to buy a home she was fantastic.
