If you use anyone other than Primary Residential you will be getting at best 2nd best service, professionalism, and an overall experience. They go above and beyond and treat you like family. Vince Patti made this the best process I have ever had buying a house. Kudos in every way!

We have bought and sold many properties but our experience with Vince was by FAR the best of any. You guys apparently lost things because you required us to provide information at least two times. Huge lack of communication. A big total screw up was the pay off of the outstanding bills. Not enough room. We provided you a week and weeks before, and at your request the Friday of the settlement, all. amounts, account numbers, and contact information. Today some bills are not paid,(a week later} all bills that are paid were grossly overpaid. One bill is incurring $5.75 per day and a $15.79 late
