I had a great experience with Edgardo! Very friendly and professional. Immediately it felt as if I was working with a friend. I could tell he had my best interest during the present time, as well as ideas for my future. He was knowledgeable in so many areas and was always available to field my many questions by email, text, phone calls, and in person. He never took a day off from helping and even kept in touch during Christmas! I look forward to working with him again in the future. The rest of the team at Prime Residential Mortgage were very helpful, friendly, and professional too. Their website is user friendly and they use modern technology to make the process easy and convenient. I highly recommend!

Had great experience. Went VA and Vince Patti was my main contact. It happened that the process went through Thanksgiving week and also through Christmas and New Years weeks. Larry is the BEST hands down. I was denied from multiple mortgage companies who wouldn’t even try to look at my situation. Larry tried his best to make a way for me, and he did!!
