We provided the same information a bunch of times. A lot of things were pushed off to the last minute for closing. Which ended up costing us 700$ more because our closing date rolled into the next month . Communication was not there . If someone is trying to understand numbers if you are saying they are short be easy don’t talk in circles . Especially don’t sound annoyed when your customer is trying to understand .
