PRMI has managed the mortgage for a close friend of mine in the North Fort Myers area. The process has been absolutely horrifying. The closing date has been delayed almost 3 weeks now with the underwriter requesting additional information each week per 'federal guidelines'. Heather Dowling's lack of communication, misinformation regarding the schedule, and overall poor effort has left both the buyer and seller uncomfortable and in a stressful situation. Heather has gone an entire day without any communication to the buyer or seller. A more experienced broker and mortgage company would have foreseen these issues ahead of time, as well have a better working relationship with the underwriter to avoid delays.
