If there was a possibility to have zero stars, I would rate zero. My family and I were lied to and promised one thing and given quite another. This process was painfully slow despite them having all needed paperwork and each Vince and his assistant Ariana blamed others for there lack of care. Run from here and chose another lender who is truthful and cares.
Worst lender I have ever dealt with and my husband and I have bought and sold 6 homes. Lying, uncaring, and terrible public relations. Vince repeated every three minutes “I mean no disrespect but...I’m not trying to be condescending but...”

Vince and his team were very quick to respond back to calls. Everything was explained thoroughly, and they were extremely patient with navigating us through this experience.
