If you use anyone else than Primary Mortgage and specifically Vince Patti and Ariana you will be using second best. They were on top of every aspect of our mortgage refinance, replied to our questions and needs almost instantly. Their level of professionalism, knowledge, and experience can not be topped in any way. We have done many real estate transactions in the past none has EVER been better than with Vince, Ariana, and the support staff at Residential Primary. They get better every time!

Have used before the Ft. Myers, Florida office, very knowledgeable and professional staff. Only problem I found was the main headquarters didn't have any knowledge of my REFI and it was through the same company like the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star.
