Excellent communicator; explains items in detail and ensures the customer understands what they are signing. He kept us in the loop as the loan was progressing. Very friendly, professional, and enthusiastic about helping people.

Bob was very helpful in resolving issues caused by the underwriter sitting on the application for a month, then demanding a great deal of information from us after all the documents and forms were packed, stored, and inaccessible. This created a great deal of stress.
