The process to get out new house was amazingly easy because of Barry. He is so dedicated to his clients and always looks for the best. He helped us to get the house we wanted the way we wanted, he knows what to do and when and is a person who understands your needs and always makes sure that you are happy and understanding the process. We have recommended several of our friends to Barry because we want them to have an easy and happy process.

Working with Mike to purchase our home was a breeze! His dedication, attention to detail, and quick follow through made the process painful for a first time home buyer. Barry fully explained everything upfront - what needed to happen, what was going to happen, and when, and he essentially removed all the stress from getting our house refinanced in order to remodel. The entire process was handled easily and was problem-free. Contingency financing was also fully explained and easily arranged,all within our requirements. I highly recommend Barry Friedman for any type of home loan, or even initial exploratory research - in fact, we have sent our sons to him, for their initial home financing qualifications and loan questions and for financing their home purchases. Our sons were most impressed with the respect and diligence they were given, even as young first time home buyers. We will certainly return to Barry for any home financing needs.

I have worked with Barry many times over the years. I followed him to Primary Residential because of his first class service and excellent advice. My son is now working with Barry to purchase his first home, and I would not want him in anyone else's hands!
