Linda Weir was my loan agent and I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. She was HONEST from start to finish. That made all the difference in this transaction. I am a first time buyer, but I am a middle-aged adult. We can be a little difficult to wrangle in situations where we don't understand, where we aren't comfortable, and where we're not in control of the situation. Linda made sure I knew what was happening, and she ALWAYS answered me. Communication is key. There were no blank spots in this. I am appreciative of her patience and her willingness to help me buy a home, and do so in just 30 days.

Rylan is so great to work with. We used him for our original mortgage as well as recently for a refinance. He is so genuine and easy to work with! We would highly recommend him to anyone needing financing. He makes the process as quick and easy as possible and is great at keeping in touch throughout. Easiest 5 stars I can give!

Rylan is a fantastic lender. He is super responsive and is very quick to answer any questions. He is very good about keeping you informed and laying out all your options and explaining everything clearly. We were very happy with our experience with Rylan. Starting a mortgage/buying a house is a huge decision and it is wonderful to have someone who helps you feel confident and well-informed as you make decisions.
