Kaley does a fantastic job from start to finish! This is our 2nd home that she helped us with, and we couldn’t be happier that we had her assistance for both. She keeps in touch through the whole home buying process and was quick to get answers to all our questions. She makes you feel like a friend instead of a client! She is really good at giving you all your options and giving her advice on which options suit your needs best. We think Kaley is amazing and would recommend her to anyone!

Steve and his team were very responsive while managing our loan. They proactively guided us in accomplishing tasks both by personal contact and through a user friendly app. Their response were so quick. All of this during a time when I know they were extremely busy. They also provided some personal touches that made the experience unique. For example, periodically gifts would show up at our house along with a note about the status of our loan application. We had a great experience!

We worked with Kaley and it was the best experience. She communicated very effectively and made sure that all of our questions were answered. The whole process was painless and we were done so quick. We were unsure about refinancing but we are so glad that we did. Thanks to Kaley our experience was exceptional. We worked with Steve at PRMI twice: when we bought our house and again to refinance. On both occasions I felt that he and his team had our best interest at heart. He and his team are personable and responsive. Steve knows his stuff and worked us a great deal at a great rate. I would work with Steve again without hesitation. I really believe that he does what is best for his customers.
