Dedicated operations center. We stay solely dedicated to processing, underwriting, closing, funding, and post close draws in one location. No need to bounce around the country to find someone to help.  Our staff strives themselves on focusing on your transaction, no matter where you are located.  Having the ability to always communicate with a face to face situation, always makes every transaction maintain that personal touch.

Ability to close loans on time. Closing your loan on time is our main focus.  With renovation, complexities can arise, and we have the knowable staff to create a custom plan to reach your goals and expectations. We consistently close loans in 45 days or less.  If your timeframe cannot be met, a custom timeline is generated for all parties to stick by.

Funds released at closing. PRMI understands the need to get renovation off the ground fast and efficiently.  We always release any permits and special order funds at closing, so our clients can start immediately without any money out of pocket.  In some program cases, we will release 50% of the repair cost at closing as well.

Managing draws that focus on you. As the renovation progresses, funds need to be released to our clients and contractors for completed work and to maintain consistent moving progress. PRMI helps in managing these draws to keep all parties accountable, and more importantly, keep our clients happy.
