Tammy worked very hard to make sure we knew all of our options, including scenarios we never would have thought of. We actually ended up going with one of her suggestions. Once the process started, she kept us informed at every turn and was always ready to answer our questions. The refi closed without a hitch, and we couldn't be happier!
