This lender has been incredibly difficult and very stressful to work with since the beginning and because of her I lost out on a Raymus Home. She was super nice in the beginning and after I started working with she went ghost on me and was unresponsive on many occasions. She did however get back to me at times but it would take her a couple of weeks just to respond to simple questions. She made my first home buying experience more stressful then you can imagine, and that should’ve been my red flag to move on. I ended up using her for my pre-approval and turns out after waiting months on the waitlist she did not fill out the numbers correctly on the pre-approval and when my home became available after waiting so long I was unable to secure my home and I had to turn down the build. This has caused me to go back into the waitlist and now the price of homes has gone up and now I lost opportunity to own a Raymus Home because of her. Please take my advice and do not go through what I went through with her. Choose Jerri Southorn ( the other lender Raymus has). I spoke to her several times and she’s been wonderful and has very responsive and I really wish I would have used her instead. Check her out and save yourself the trouble with this lender.

She’s amazing best ever we had other people try to help and did not like working with them. When we contacted Tiffanie she was amazing to work with and Answered all of are Questions we had and alway got back to us fast and ever time something happen she would tell us don’t worry and would help fix it when we had people trying to get bank paperwork she even got on the phone and Explain to them what we needed. We will never work with anyone els we giver her 1,000 stars
