Nhi is amazing! It was my first time buying a home and I was honestly very nervous and I wasn't 100% sure what I was doing but she made the whole process easy and put me in contact with some amazing people. She is very kind, friendly, and super knowledgeable. I never felt pressured and I really felt like she was looking out for our best interest! I was able to get an amazing deal through her and I would 110% recommend her!

I recommend Nhi to anyone who is wanting to buy or even refinance. I didn't think I was gonna have the time or capability of being able to refinance my mortgage. She helped make the process simple and easy to understand and even easier for someone who works my type of schedule. She kept in touch in every step of the way, from document collection, to processing, and underwriting. She was extremely patient with all my questions. Always avaliable for a quick call and fast to respond to emails.

My wife and I were down to two lenders when searching for our first home and Nhi (US Bank) came out on top because she was completely transparent and upfront, and offered the best rate and credits possible! She was extremely helpful with all of our questions and concerns as first-time buyers and even introduced us to our realtor (who was also fantastic!).
