Working with Christine was fabulous! She helped me buy my very first home as a self-employed single woman and had great communication every step of the way. She was QUICK with pre-approval letters, which helped me make an offer on my home within a couple hours of seeing it and convince the sellers to cancel the next day's open house. If she hadn't been so speedy, my offer almost certainly wouldn't have been accepted. She knows the local market really well and helped me qualify for NM's down payment assistance program, even though I ended up not using it. Very happy I went with a local lender who knows the Albuquerque market instead of one of the big online guys.
