We were on a big time crunch to get out of our apartment in time and we werent having much luck finding a house. Time was fading fast and finally someone accepted our offer beginning of March(searching since beginning of December)-our lease was ending on the 31st. They diligently worked to ensure we closed in time and actually closed us way faster! From the date Mr Smith received the Contract to the day we closed was 19days!!!! Incredible. highly recommend Lee and his awesome team! Plus great at explaining and breaking things down so it made sense! I knew nothing of the process and PRMI made this first time home buyer VERY happy! Thank you Lee for helping my girlfriend and I Obtain our dream home!
