Excellent professional lender and staff. They helped us understand what we currently had and how our refinance would drastically help us. We never knew how this process worked as this was the 1st time we ever refinanced. He walked us through step by step. We began this back in July but with the housing market so busy it took a while for our appraisal to be completed. Once it was done, they jumped right on the finalization. I would highly recommend this lender for all your housing / refinancing needs.
