Man is very knowledgeable and personable. This was my first time buying a home and he ensured the process was smooth from start to finish. This was my second home buying experience. I was wary, from the first time. The lender, a major bank in Oregon, attempted to redline me. My own bank, attempted to put me in an ARM, when I clearly asked for a conventional. Both of these experiences happened despite my not checking the box for race and ethnicity. As a medical / diversity instructor, forewarned is forearmed. Without having to say anything, I feel Man got my concerns. Man, was a consummate compassionate professional. Not only was there no not so "funny business", he and his staff were nothing but patient, diligent, and professional. My wife and I felt well taken care of. We'd heartily recommend PMRI to anyone.
