Whether email or phone, our team would respond right away. Even when on vacation, we still received a response from Man right after we emailed him about a concern of ours. Also, the communication with us, and even more, communication with our realtor was well above our expectations.

Man was very upfront about the information he needed to get the loan started and keep it moving smoothly. Whenever there were questions that came up, he responded to them almost immediately. I'm not sure he ever sleeps.
