Yes you could use a .com place...but when you need help local and in town is so awesome!!! Helped me pay taxes from a Hero program, there is truth to shop local..local service.

I found myself in a financial situation with a well known bank that refused to work with me to to resolve and help me make payments on an outstanding home equity loan. I had been with this bank for 39 years and they refused to adjust the payments so that I could fulfill my obligations. I was referred to Jim who listened to my problem and provided me with several options that would work for me to solve the issues with the aforementioned bank. Through Jim's consoul a decision was made to refinance through his lenders and he made the process free of stress and today I can say I can sleep without worry of bankruptcy. Thank you Jim.

When I was going through figuring out what to do when purchasing my first home in Modesto, I went online to look for a mortgage broker. I saw the Central Primary Residential and decided to give her a try, and was immediately glad that I did. They recommended a program that I was not even aware of that ended up working great for me.
