Jim is very informative and looks for the best solutions for his clients. Even while on vacation, Jim kept me updated and ensured the process didn’t stall. He is super responsive!

Jim was very attentive to every detail, worked hard to meet our Buyers’ expectations, was extremely knowledgeable of the best programs that would best suit our Buyers, was available and responsive even late evening and weekends and answered every question our Buyers had. Due to Jim’s expertise and communicating with the listing agent, our Buyers’s offer was accepted over the other offers. The transacrion went so smoothly and we even closed escrow a week early!
