Ric was amazing from start to finish. He was patient, kind, informative, and truly caring. As a first time home buyer and being new to Arizona, I had a lot of questions. Ric had no problems helping me, answering weird questions at all times of the days, and really worked with me to make sure my experience was a fantastic one. Being a first-time homebuyer, it’s complicated and convoluted. Sonia made it easy and fast.
