Wendy was good about explaining the process to me at the beginning and made me feel comfortable with the loan process. An otherwise good experience was spoiled because I was displeased that my loan was locked in for 30 days instead of the 45 that I requested. The experience got worse when I wasn't informed of the mistake until two weeks later, after I directly asked about it. Honest mistakes happen but clear communication is critical.
