Michael was excellent in getting things done. He’s an expert at being creative and in offering solutions to our complicated situation. His talent showed with his attention to all the details at hand. Two words: Michael Koran! Our situation was far from normal, yet Michael was able to guide our efforts in a way that seemed somehow common. We encountered a few hurdles during this process, and time was of the essence, yet Michael's creativity got us over the hurdles and his manner gave us a sense of calm.
