Michael’s —and his team— energy, deep subject matter expertise, and clear communications style was key in finding and locking down a solid loan that we were incredibly happy with. Michael was super quick in communications and put in I don’t know how many hours to get us the best loan we could pissible qualify for. I think Michael is a great communicator, interpreting loan terms in layman’s terms. He was able to convince me to go with his firm because it’s suppose to be a one-stop shop while ensuring if can be done with lesser cost and in a timely manner, if not sooner. I was very disappointed with his absence in the process, regardless of earlier planned vacations. I expected more from him and his team. We had to deal with unnecessary stress to push Mike’s team to meet our loan contingency deadline.

My wife is a nurse at kaiser and Michael came highly recommended by her colleagues....Michael and his team didn't disappoint. They were such a pleasure to work with and really took care of us by setting us at ease through a very stressful process. Thanks again Mike!!!!
