We were in a jam and Mike and his team jumped in and closed in less than a month! Great rate and terms. They told us what they needed we got it to them ASAP and we were approved and locked rate in just a few weeks and closed shortly thereafter. No big surprises and closing costs were super low. Ours was not the usual situation. My young adult children and I were looking to refinance our home. A friend pointed me to Michael. Within days we were gathering at his desk to discuss options. Always professional and thoughtful Mike immediately put us at ease. His communication responses were clear and swift, putting us in a new loan, with a fine low interest rate and a "cash out" to boot for home repairs. All this within 30 days of our first meeting. An excellent experience!
