Kathleen was responsive, helpful, and very clear. We’re first-time home buyers and moving to a new area. Kathleen was so helpful and kind, explaining all aspects of the process in detail and answering all of my (many) questions! This is by far one of my favorite Loan Originator to work with. Mr. Kevin Kelly and his team is knowledgeable, efficient, honest , professional, prompt, and they got the job done. If you are looking for a strait forward Mortgage Loan Originator to tell you the truth so you can get resolutions without wasting a ton of time, I highly recommend him and his team. It was a little alienating to have beer brought to my closing as a sober person. That would have been fine, except that in addition, the paperwork for the closing featured my name spelled incorrectly. An apology was given by Kathleen to the representative from the title company but not to me directly. It was a fundamentally unprofessional occurrence, especially with lender emphasis on the correctness of paperwork on my part throughout the process. Based on this closing experience, I would not refer others to this lender.
