After having a less than pleasant experience with a previous lender, Marie stepped in and listened to my plight, taking the time to absorb and understand my special needs. She was able to discuss frankly and openly, all of the available options and help me make informed decisions. I never felt rushed, pressured, or made to feel less than a person.
