Kevin is a professional in the truest sense of the word.
Since day one, almost a year ago since we started looking, Kevin was on it. With the first house we placed on offer on, Kevin was there with the intricate details and knowledge informing us on the loan processes and our options. Unfortunately, we were not selected for the house and thus began our arduous year long journey of multiple offers.
Each time we were ready to place an offer, Kevin could be immediately reached. If it was after normal business hours or he was in the gym, it did not matter. Kevin was there to answer the call and help.
Kevin would regularly check in on us to see how we were doing and if he could be of any assistance to answer questions or adjust numbers for us if our situation had changed.
When the interest rates began to rise, Kevin was able to relay the information in simple terms to help us understand the nuances and how to best navigate the road ahead. This helped provide a sense of understanding of the situation while also reassuring us that our goal of buying a house was still achievable.
When the time was finally here, and we were selected to purchase our home. Kevin made the processes easy and diligently worked to ensure everything was in order for our closing.
Then, the unimaginable happened. Our closing was delayed three times, due to issues with the seller. Kevin was relentless in ensuring we maintained our low rate, as it could have expired due to the multiple delays. Had he not been on it, we may have had to pull out of the deal. Luckily, we were able to close and after a year of searching we were able to move into our new home!
With that said, Kevin is exceptional to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. This was our second home purchase and Kevin was much more detailed, professional, and knowledgeable than the previous loan providers we worked with. If you’re looking for a new home and need a home loan, Kevin is your guy!

Thank you Diedra for reaching out to me in the very beginning. Your assurances and prompt attention made it easy to help my seller make the best decision for him when faced with multiple offers. You were the only one who called i dependent of the buyers agent to offer your affirmation of the clients ability to buy. Then continued to be hands one till the end of the transaction. What excellent customer service!

I am writing to express my disappointment in the unprofessionalism by Diedra Schaefer, an agent of PRMI (Primary Residential Mortgage Inc). I recently contacted her regarding a future home purchase and the agent failed to ask on an estimated timeframe I intended to purchase a home, which would have helped her realize there was no urgency to place a HARD PULL on my credit, especially without receiving any of the documents she requested of me. I was never asked for verbal or written consent to run my credit before doing so. Agents should inform clients before running a soft or hard pull, especially in today’s times when credit is so vital on getting the best rates for homes, cars, loans etc. I believe it should be, if not already, be a basic courtesy and common practice in the industry to fully inform potential clients before running any credit checks. I do take some responsibility for not informing on a timeframe due to being overwhelmed, but the agent should always ask and inform potential clients “everytime” before running their credit. Such unprofessionalism should not be tolerated in any business and I believe that Diedra Schaefer should be held accountable for her actions.
