This is our second experience with Marie and her team at PRMI. Marie was very thorough in explaining the process and setting expectations in this COVID world where nothing is normal. Underwriters were tough, lots of documents required and patience on both sides was needed. They did not disappoint. We are very happy with the excellent service and highly professional execution. Aaron Matty was the best lender. The day I spoke with him I told my husband I was sold. He was very professional, knowledgeable, gentle with new home buyers, & eager to help my husband and I into our forever Home. He and Andrea Pasco really helped relieve some stress and anxiety. I'll never forget what Aaron said to me , "we don't let you guys fail." I will always remember him for that. He responded to every call, text & email no matter the time or day. He was just over all amazing.
