Speaking as a real estate agent, it is imperative that our clients work with a lender that can be trusted do their part which means doing all of the due diligence before they issue a pre-approval as well as getting the documents to the attorney's office for Closing Day. Having worked with The John Thomas Team, I can vouch that they know their industry, are personable and I can safely put my clients into their hands. I value their team mindset.

Josh was always responsive to any questions I had throughout the whole process. I can not say enough about how Josh and the rest of the team made this such a seamless process and would gladly work with them again.

Marie and her team went above and beyond to make buying my first home an incredibly quick, easy and straightforward process. They were on top of all emails and quick to respond if we ever had any questions, even outside of normal business hours. I can’t recommend Marie and the PRMI Team enough!
