I can't say enough good things about Jason! He was with us every step of the way and always provided a positive, professional and encouraging demeanor in a particularly tough home buying experience. Incredibly responsive and helpful with any and all questions/concerns that came up. He truly went above and beyond for us. We are beyond grateful for his expertise and patience in helping make buying our dream home a reality!

She was very attentive answer our questions before we could ask. She was available to explain what we didn't understand. She made the process easy

I think Mike is personable and warm. He took time out to explain the process and we were very partial to going with PRMI because he actually came recommended from a good of ours. He was responsive to emails up until underwriting. My main disappointment was that we had trouble getting updated loan estimates based on new rates that we were paying for and my emails were not answered for sometime. We received 4-5 documents that did not match. We received one estimate than we were told to go through and sign the portal that same day but the official estimate in the portal was higher. I was than told signing doesn't lock is in and the numbers can still fluctuate but we need to sign in order to move the process. Even if updated estimate is not required if rate goes down (per Mike when we asked for one) it is helpful to have an accurate one to prepare for closing and to compare to closing disclosure. You can't help but think to yourself that it feels like a grift. I am sure that it took some time to turn the estimate around but i think communication could have been more seamless and there are a couple examples that stock out to me. At the end of the day we were more comfortable than not and moved forward. Long story short, Mike is nice and he made us feel comfortable especially in the beginning of the process. However, had this house fallen through I would've probably looked for a different lender for a future offer.

We switched to a local lender from a big bank at the request of the sellers agent/sellers. Before switching, we were told a rate that was comparable to the big bank's package, but when we committed to switch the rate was ~0.6 % higher and required us to buy points. I would have preferred to have a more conservative rate estimate and the info that we'd have to pay points on those early phone calls.
Our closing was delayed due to a missing signature. This caused some extra stress in the closing process for both the buyer and seller.
