My experience was phenomenal! Diedra was always avail to speak with me and made me feel at ease. This was a large purchase for me and she was able to provide me with a number of down payment options. Diedra was always so warm and friendly every time I called. What was really impressive is the fact she was readily available during my settlement. She was quick to fix the discrepancy on my ALTA.
