Lenders need to have more people like Rachel and Laura. They were personable and very responsive to my questions. They helped me from start to finish with my mortgage and kept me updated throughout the process, provided explanations along the way and made it less stressful. The online portal was convenient but having access to Laura provided another layer of personal communication that was helpful throughout the process.
