Jen took the time to explain the process to us, took the time to answer our questions, was honest if she didn't know the answer and worked to get us an answer to all of our questions if she didn't initially know the answer. She was diligent and always available whenever we reached out to her.

Grace-Anne was great! She always kept us informed throughout the process. We have had several home purchases and this is the most comfortable I have felt with the lending process. Grace-Anne was able to explain the financing choices we had to make in a way that we could easily understand and was able to connect how everything affects the process for our home buying.
