Anthony Garcia was very nice and patient. We did a refinance cashout and at One point we were told they wouldn't be able to refinance for 80% but for 70% which would've been a big difference but Anthony got to work to make sure they did everything legally possible on there end to get us more. So I am happy with his work and would definitely refer him to a friend.
