When dealing with Mr. Garcia communication was good but most other times when dealing with the underwriter communication was lacking between documents needed documents sent deadlines in the manner in which these documents needed to be prepared. At times especially towards the end Of the deadline trying to close there was a lot of rush rush for materials that I feel was unnecessary because that information could’ve been provided much earlier and taken care of already
