Mark was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. From start to finish, Mark completely prepared us for all scenarios and went above and beyond in regards to prepping us for a loan, running numbers quickly when needed, answering every question in detail, being on the phone late at night during the bidding process, and more. Mark also helped us plan out future potential steps for our loan. He helped us feel very confident during a process that is normally intimidating and confusing.
