Mark stepped in and helped us secure a loan when our bank seemed to be failing us at every turn with over expenses and added headaches. He stepped in knowing that we were wanting to close ASAP as this was a private delicate sell. Him and his office were great with communication and helping us get everything in quickly. We closed 3 weeks after Mark took over our loan! I could not be happier with PRMI and Mark Goff. We are so glad we decided to use them. I highly recommend PRMI and Mark.
