Great experience overall. Thank you very much. One item could use improvement would be the update emails that seemed to be autogenerated. They were not displaying correctly within the body of the email. We had to right click each individual line items and "download as picture" to see them. May be something to do with HTML formatting? We really appreciate what you and your team was able to do for us in such a short timeframe. Thank you.

Mark, Karen and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. They helped my husband and I purchase our forever home and worked so hard to make it happen so smoothly.
