Mary Jo is not only responsive, what seemed like 24 hours a day, but always pleasant and with a sense of urgency. She is extremely knowledgeable and willing to spend the time to thoroughly answer all question. Mary Jo has a positive, "get it done" attitude that made the whole, sometimes daunting and over-whelming, experience much more manageable. The whole team worked very hard to get the job done in a very short time. I would highly recommend Mary Jo and this company and already have.

I had a great experience with Mary Determan. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and the best problem solver. Prior to working with Mary, I had a bad experience with another loan officer. From the beginning, Mary explained every step of the process. She didn't give false hope, but she was honest and optimistic. She communicated regularly, and ever more impressive, she brought me to the closing table on time for the Christmas holiday. She deserves Problem Solver of the year award!!!

Mary was very helpful in explaining everything to me, being a first time home buyer I was clueless and she made it easy! She talked me through the entire process and even answered questions outside of mortgage process in reference to buying my home and letting me know questions I should ask my realtor.
